At Laser Monkey Collectibles & Creations, we stand behind the quality of every saber we sell.
All sabers — including Build Your Own, Battle Grade, and Legacy Sabers — include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ What’s Covered:
Internal electronics, soundboards, and hilts are covered against manufacturing defects or failure under normal use.
RGB & Pixel blades are covered for breakage due to standard dueling or cosplay use.
❌ What’s Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, modification, water exposure (unless specified), or abuse.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or external finish damage.
⚠️ Important Notes:
The warranty is void if the saber is tampered with, modified, or disassembled by anyone outside our team.
We may request photos or videos to assess the issue.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Submit a Claim or Reach Out:
Start by filling out our Warranty Claim Form or messaging us directly.We Troubleshoot Together:
Once we hear from you, we’ll walk through basic troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue quickly.Repair or Replacement:
If the issue requires simple parts, we’ll ship them to you with instructions for a DIY fix.
If a full repair is needed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the saber (without the blade). After repair, we’ll send it back at no cost.
If the saber cannot be fixed, we’ll send you an exact replacement.
